Please note, that your credit card statement will reflect a charge from "Stellar Innovations, Inc.". We will accept checks via regular mail; however, due to bank requirements, we cannot send your order until your check clears - typically a 5-7 day delay.
Our Return Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us! Before returning your purchase, please phone or email us. We will do our best to resolve any issue you may have. We will accept returns on products selected and personalized from our website. Products must be returned in good condition with original packaging within 10 days of receipt. We regret that we cannot accept returns on custom designed items (jewelry & gifts that are designed through a one-on-one consultation with you and not available on the website).
